What personal data we receive

When you use the enquiry form, you enter your name, telephone number and, optionally, your email address, together with details of your event (type of event, preferred date, number of guests, room, menu package, additional services and your message). The website does not store this information: the form prepares a message in WhatsApp, and we only receive it if you choose to send it.

If you contact us by telephone, WhatsApp or email, we receive the information you share with us in that conversation.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, arrange a venue viewing and prepare a quote. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

Who processes it

Enquiries sent through the website travel through WhatsApp, a service provided by WhatsApp/Meta, under its own terms and privacy policy. We use hosting services provided by Hostinger to operate this website. Enquiries sent through WhatsApp are also processed through WhatsApp/Meta services, in accordance with their respective privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We retain personal data for the duration of our engagement and until the event has been completed, except where we are legally required to retain certain information for longer.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it, by contacting us using the details above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
